Veela is the governance layer: the resolution, the check, the approval, the signatures. Where the resulting register lives is a separate question, with three answers.

No migration required
At scale the register of record moves to Tokeniser — DD-grade history, drift detection and an investor portal — and Veela writes through to it. Only where the answer is stored changes. Lifts the cap to 50 members, the s113 threshold.
The built-in register is capped on purpose: a registry of record at scale is a different product with different obligations, and pretending a lightweight one scales forever is how registers quietly go wrong. Past 50 shareholders, pricing is on request. Talk to us, or see the integrations.
