Nothing is context by default. Each row in the library carries its own Ask Veela context toggle, so you choose file by file what informs future answers — this month's board pack, yes; a superseded draft, no. Turning a document off keeps it in the library; it simply stops being read for context until you turn it back on.

Every document you switch on gets read in the background
The moment you flip a document to context — or upload one with context already on — Veela generates a background AI digest of it, so there's no waiting and no manual summarising. When you ask a question, the concierge works from full extracts of the handful of documents most relevant to what you asked, plus digests of everything else you've switched on, so the answer stays grounded even in a large library.
